What FeniTravels does
FeniTravels is a search and comparison site. We show flight and hotel options and send you to travel partners to book. We don’t sell tickets or take payments ourselves.
When you book, your contract is with the partner and the airline or hotel, and their terms and conditions apply.
Prices and availability
Prices on FeniTravels may be prices that were seen recently, and they can change at any time. The final price, fare rules and availability are shown on the partner’s site before you pay. We work to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee it.
Bookings, changes and refunds
Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and e-tickets are handled by the partner you booked with, or by the airline or hotel, under their rules.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that are used to break these terms or the law.
Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t copy its content or data automatically, try to break its security, overload it, or use it for anything illegal.
Our assistant
Our chat assistant gives general help and may sometimes be wrong or incomplete. For visas, entry rules and important travel decisions, check with the official authorities, the airline or the hotel.
Content and trademarks
The FeniTravels name, logo and site content belong to FeniTravels. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to partner and other sites that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, FeniTravels isn’t responsible for the services provided by partners, airlines or hotels, or for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
